NZ Hair & Beauty Expo 2025 Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

By participating in the NZ Hair & Beauty Expo 2025 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") at the NZ Hair & Beauty Expo 2025 (the "EXPO"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:

  • This Giveaway is open to all registered attendees of the NZ Hair & Beauty Expo 2025 who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, representatives, and agents of Zenith Laser NZ Limited (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter:

  • To enter the Giveaway, attendees must have their official EXPO access pass scanned by a representative of the Sponsor at the Zenith Laser NZ Limited booth, #40, during the official exhibition hours.

  • Scanning your access pass constitutes one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the EXPO. Multiple scans from the same individual will be void.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Giveaway Period:

  • The Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, 14th June 2025 and ends at 4:00 PM on Sunday, 15th June 2025. All entries must be received within this period.

4. The Prize:

  • The prize for the Giveaway is one (1) 9D HIFU Machine. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $24,995.00 NZD (inc. GST).

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution will be offered.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

  • Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

  • The drawing will be held on or about Wednesday, 18th June 2025

  • The potential winner will be notified Email or Phone within 2 days of the drawing.

  • The winner will have 14 days from the time of notification to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, an alternate winner may be selected.

  • The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the potential winner for any reason.

6. Data Privacy:

  • By allowing your access pass to be scanned, you consent to the collection of your registration information, which may include your name, company, job title, email address, and phone number, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

  • This information will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for future marketing communications from the Sponsor.

  • You may opt-out of receiving future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

  • The Sponsor will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway.

7. General Conditions:

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the EXPO organisers, and their respective affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
