Zenith Laser was built on a simple belief: this industry should be held to a higher standard, with real support and technical accountability behind every device.

Too often, full-time salon and clinic owners set themselves up as “distributors” on the side, selling lasers as a second job online or straight from the salon. They can promise long-term support, but the reality is they often can’t deliver consistently because it isn’t their main focus. At Zenith, this is our full-time job. It’s all we do.

We also see suppliers operating without an engineer, without proper diagnostic and calibration equipment, and without a serious maintenance plan, even though every laser will drift and require servicing over time.

Then there’s finance: fixed-term, multi-year leases that cost a fortune, are effectively impossible to exit or change, and are sold with ROI figures that look great on paper but often don’t hold up in real clinics. The clinic keeps paying month after month, without building meaningful ownership value, and only later discovers how little flexibility they actually have.

And finally, the tech claims: RF positioned as HIFU, “Pico” used for systems that aren’t truly picosecond, odd “multi-wavelength” diode promises, and claims like removing white hair as if it’s routine. They can say it does all of it, but the reality rarely matches the story.

At Zenith, we don’t think that’s good enough. Clinics deserve equipment that performs as specified, transparent advice, consistent training, and support that still shows up years later.
